The activities of the Institute for Socio-Political Technologies “Kybernetes” began in 2022. Drawing on the experience and expertise of its members in information management, systems analysis, social network building and maintenance, and access to decision-makers, the Institute aims to pave the way for supportive political, legal, and administrative frameworks that foster the strengthening of democracy and the inclusion of non-state actors and local authorities in efforts to reduce poverty, ensure security, address pressing social issues, and develop sustainable development strategies.
This mission is made possible through the design and implementation of intelligent tools for entities seeking strategic advisory services and aiming to gain support for their initiatives.
A key area of activity for the “Kybernetes” Institute is the enhancement of political, activist, and organizational culture within the Polish state. We are particularly committed to advancing strategic communication and resilience against FIMI (Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference). The Institute reserves the right to support only those initiatives it deems socially beneficial and not harmful to the Polish national interest.
