The activities of the Institute of Socio-Political Technologies “Kybernetes” began in 2022. Drawing on expertise in information management, systems analysis, and social network building, the Institute is committed to supporting political, legal, and administrative frameworks that strengthen democracy and enable the active engagement of non-state actors and local governments in addressing social issues, safeguarding national security, and promoting sustainable development.

The Kybernetes Institute engages in projects of national and social value, reserving the right to support only those initiatives that align with the public interest. As part of its mission, it strives to protect civil rights, increase access to public information, strengthen local governance, and support social innovation and digitalization in Poland.
